No One Said It Would be Easy

Just an everyday blue collar guy who loves his family. I once was on Twitter. I had a tweecwet life on there. I tell stories. I ramble. I play guitar and I even talk about my life once in awhile.
Good Morning Pretty Human Beings!
Last week I asked people to message me some things to talk about for these morning posts. I didn’t get very many but they lovely Erin gave me some good ones. By the way if you don’t follow Erin you should, she’s a lovely person, a good writer and a delight to follow. One of the things she said suggested that I write about was “One thing I would change about society.” Well first I would like it if more people were like this beautiful person, she’s very thoughtful and kind.
One thing I would really like us to change is if we could be much less judgmental of others and more accepting of others peoples choices they make in life. You don’t have to agree with it, but don’t condemn them for it. If more people focused on their own lives rather than others lives our society would be a much happier one. We would have less wars and everyone would get along.
Even if I didn’t like someone much as a person but they tolerated and respected me for my choices, well then I could tolerated and respect them. It’s very hard to respect someone who doesn’t respect you, am I right? You can try, as human beings we kind of expect a little reciprocation.
I grew up in an environment where certain things are not acceptable and without knowing it, those people contradict-orally have told me not to judge others. Judging someone for their lifestyle choices isn’t acceptance if you ask me. I guess Rodney King said it best. “Why can’t we all just get along?”
Have a good day beautiful people.
