“Truth”
This is a favorite photo of me. The truth is I kind of blew the photo challenge thing because I got busy and forgot to post some days. I have a thing where if I don’t follow through completely with something I just give up on it. In my mind incomplete is a failure. I know the photo challenge wasn’t about that at all. It’s just a mental thing in my mind that I’m working on changing.
This is one of my favorite photos of me because the lighting was just right for one. I’m not crazy about the smile that I have in it, but it’s real, it’s me. That’s what I want to come across here. I don’t want to come across as something I’m not, I want to be as real as I possibly can be here. When I took this photo my confidence in posting pics of myself was improving and I was just starting to feel good about showing my face.
